3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom custom home with private pier! Exceptional, light-filled home with beautiful lake views and epic sunsets. 1500 sq. ft. with an additional 800 sq. ft screened porch. Complete with bunk room, ping pong table, basketball goal, canoe and floating mat, this home is perfect for families. One of the best piers on the lake! Huge pier with large covered area with lots of seating and dining space, high jump platform and sun deck.
This one story home features a main bedroom with a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, shower and soaking tub. Across the hall is a queen bedroom and a bunk room (with four double beds and one twin trundle). There is a full bathroom on main hall and a half bath located in the carport area.
The living room features a large seating area with two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa) and a 65" flat screen TV perfect for the big game. The dining area has a large table that seat 8 and can extend to seat 12 guests.
The screened porch is one of the many highlights of this house and comes with a dining table that seats 6 and a sitting area perfect for morning coffee in the shade.
The outdoor patio has another dining space, seating area and a gas grill.

Summary: Super cute house with plenty of room and amenities. Easy to get to and we had a good time hanging out on the dock and swimming. Fairly close to St. Francisville for shopping and restaurants, if you want to forgo cooking. Will rent again if coming to the area.

Summary: Perfect lake house and dock! Our family loved swimming off the dock, grilling on the piped in natural gas grill and sleeping inside a luxurious home. We also enjoyed our sunrise coffee on the screened in front porch. The kitchen is very well appointed and the dock is perfect for tying up a ski boat. Basketball goal is adjustable height for children of various ages. We plan to rent again.
